These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ORBS, including the mobile game, website, features, content, digital materials, gameplay systems, purchases, and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using ORBS, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use ORBS.

Acceptance of Terms

By using ORBS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using ORBS immediately.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use ORBS in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age required by applicable law to enter into these Terms, you may use ORBS only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether ORBS is appropriate for minors.

Description of Service

ORBS is a mobile card game created for entertainment purposes. The game may include strategy mechanics, cards, elements, powers, energy systems, match rules, player settings, achievements, score tracking, game progress, and related features. Features may vary depending on version, device, region, operating system, app store availability, or purchase status.

Entertainment Purpose Only

ORBS is provided solely for entertainment purposes. ORBS does not provide gambling, betting, financial advice, professional advice, rewards with real-world monetary value, or any guarantee of skill improvement, competition result, or outcome. Any in-game scores, rankings, achievements, cards, effects, progress, or rewards are fictional game elements unless clearly stated otherwise.

License to Use ORBS

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ORBS for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You do not acquire ownership of ORBS, its code, design, cards, game rules, artwork, audio, text, characters, graphics, trademarks, systems, or any related intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use ORBS for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates these Terms;
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or exploit ORBS;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code;
• Cheat, manipulate, exploit bugs, or interfere with gameplay systems;
• Use unauthorized automation, bots, scripts, hacks, or modified clients;
• Attempt to bypass payments, subscriptions, access controls, or platform restrictions;
• Access ORBS in a way that disrupts servers, services, or other users;
• Misrepresent your identity, violate intellectual property rights, or use ORBS for commercial purposes without written permission.

Game Rules and Fair Play

ORBS may include rules, mechanics, random events, card effects, artificial intelligence, progression systems, or competitive elements. You agree to play fairly and not abuse bugs, exploits, glitches, or unintended behavior. ORBS may change game balance, rules, card behavior, difficulty, rewards, scoring, or progression at any time without prior notice.

Purchases and Subscriptions

ORBS may offer paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, premium content, cosmetic items, additional game modes, or other digital content. Payments are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider. Billing, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and refunds may be governed by the policies of that provider.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the rules of the platform where the subscription was purchased. ORBS does not directly control app store billing systems and may not be able to issue refunds directly.

Virtual Items and Digital Content

Any cards, skins, effects, coins, rewards, unlocks, achievements, or other digital items in ORBS are licensed, not sold. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly required by law. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred outside ORBS, or redeemed for real-world goods or services.

ORBS may modify, remove, rebalance, reset, restrict, or discontinue virtual items or digital content where necessary for gameplay, security, legal, or operational reasons.

User Data and Progress

ORBS may save progress, settings, achievements, scores, and other game-related data. Data may be stored locally on your device or through cloud/platform services where available. ORBS is not responsible for loss of progress, deleted saves, corrupted data, sync problems, device failure, app deletion, operating system changes, or platform service issues.

Updates and Availability

ORBS may be updated, modified, suspended, discontinued, or changed at any time. Features may be added, removed, renamed, redesigned, restricted, or made paid. ORBS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, error-free operation, permanent access to any feature, or continued support for older versions.

Intellectual Property

ORBS, including its name, logo, design, gameplay systems, cards, rules, artwork, animations, sounds, text, graphics, software, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use ORBS branding, content, or intellectual property without prior written permission.

User Feedback

If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant permission to use that feedback without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you. ORBS may use feedback to improve the game, create new features, or make changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ORBS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORBS disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, compatibility, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. ORBS does not guarantee that the game will always be available, error-free, secure, balanced, compatible, or free from bugs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORBS, its owner, developer, publisher, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use ORBS.

This includes damages related to: loss of game progress; loss of virtual items; device issues; software errors; service interruption; purchase or subscription issues; platform service problems; third-party services; data loss; bugs or crashes; gameplay changes; game balance changes; inability to access content; unauthorized access; or user error. You use ORBS at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ORBS, its owner, developer, publisher, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or demands arising from: your use or misuse of ORBS; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or third-party right; your cheating, exploitation, or unauthorized access; your user-generated content or feedback; or your interaction with third-party services.

Termination

ORBS may suspend or terminate access to the game or certain features if you violate these Terms, misuse the game, interfere with operation, create security risks, or if continued access is no longer commercially, technically, or legally feasible. You may stop using ORBS at any time. Sections intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates may reflect legal changes, feature changes, game changes, business changes, or technical updates. The updated Terms will be posted on the official website or made available through ORBS. Continued use of ORBS after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or related to ORBS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, Türkiye.
