Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Rad-Wage, including the mobile application, website, wage calculation tools, salary estimation features, digital content, subscriptions, purchases, and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using Rad-Wage, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Rad-Wage.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Rad-Wage, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using Rad-Wage immediately.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use Rad-Wage in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age required by applicable law to enter into these Terms, you may use Rad-Wage only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Description of Service

Rad-Wage is a wage and salary calculation tool designed to help users estimate income, review wage scenarios, calculate possible salary outcomes, and understand pay-related calculations. Rad-Wage may include features such as:

Estimation Tool Only

Rad-Wage is an estimation and calculation tool only. Rad-Wage does not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, payroll advice, employment advice, financial advice, investment advice, government benefit advice, or professional consulting services.

Any result shown in Rad-Wage is an estimate based on the information, assumptions, formulas, and settings used at the time of calculation. You should not rely solely on Rad-Wage for legal, tax, employment, payroll, salary negotiation, accounting, financial, or official reporting decisions.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

Rad-Wage does not guarantee that any calculation, estimate, result, formula, tax assumption, deduction assumption, wage output, or salary figure is accurate, complete, current, legally compliant, or applicable to your specific situation. Actual wages, salaries, deductions, taxes, benefits, employer policies, overtime rules, payroll practices, labor laws, and legal obligations may vary based on country, state, employment contract, employer policy, tax status, and applicable law.

You are solely responsible for verifying any result with official sources, your employer, payroll department, accountant, tax advisor, legal advisor, or other qualified professional.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for all information you enter into Rad-Wage and all decisions you make based on the results. You agree that: you will verify important results independently; you will not treat Rad-Wage as official payroll software, legal, or tax advice; you will not rely on Rad-Wage as the only basis for decisions; you will seek professional advice when needed; and you understand that incorrect inputs may produce incorrect outputs.

Not an Employer or Payroll Provider

Rad-Wage is not your employer, payroll provider, accountant, tax preparer, legal advisor, financial advisor, or government authority. Rad-Wage does not determine your actual wage, employment rights, tax liability, benefits, overtime eligibility, salary entitlement, or legal status. Any dispute with an employer, employee, contractor, tax authority, government agency, or third party must be resolved independently of Rad-Wage.

License to Use Rad-Wage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rad-Wage for personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not acquire ownership of Rad-Wage, its software, formulas, design, interface, content, graphics, trademarks, databases, features, or intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to: use Rad-Wage for unlawful purposes; use Rad-Wage to mislead employees, employers, contractors, authorities, or third parties; present Rad-Wage results as official payroll records unless independently verified; copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or exploit Rad-Wage; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code; interfere with app security or functionality; use automated systems to scrape or copy content; bypass subscriptions, payments, or access controls; violate intellectual property rights; or use Rad-Wage in a way that causes harm or legal risk to others.

Saved Calculations and User Data

Rad-Wage may allow you to save calculation scenarios, preferences, inputs, or outputs. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, confidentiality, and backup of any information you save. Rad-Wage is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate saved calculations.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Rad-Wage may offer paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, premium access, or additional functionality. Payments are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider. Billing, renewals, cancellations, taxes, refunds, and payment disputes may be governed by the policies of that provider.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the rules of the platform where the subscription was purchased. Rad-Wage does not directly control app store billing systems and may not be able to issue refunds directly.

Updates, Changes, and Availability

Rad-Wage may be updated, modified, suspended, discontinued, or changed at any time. Features, formulas, assumptions, layouts, access levels, subscriptions, or supported regions may be added, removed, redesigned, restricted, or made paid. Rad-Wage does not guarantee that any feature, formula, calculation method, or supported region will remain available permanently.

Third-Party Services

Rad-Wage may use or interact with third-party services, app stores, payment providers, cloud services, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, device systems, or external links. Rad-Wage is not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, data practices, availability, errors, payment processing, refunds, security, or decisions. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

Rad-Wage, including its name, logo, design, interface, software, code, graphics, formulas, text, layout, features, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to the operator of Rad-Wage and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use Rad-Wage branding, content, or intellectual property without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Rad-Wage is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rad-Wage disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability, compatibility, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. Rad-Wage does not warrant that calculations will be accurate, legally compliant, current, suitable for your jurisdiction, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rad-Wage, its owner, developer, publisher, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use Rad-Wage.

This includes, without limitation, damages related to: incorrect wage calculations; incorrect salary estimates; incorrect tax or deduction assumptions; payroll errors; employment disputes; legal disputes; financial losses; tax penalties; lost income; reliance on app results; user-entered errors; outdated formulas; unavailable features; data loss; subscription or payment issues; third-party services; device malfunction; software bugs; or service interruption. You agree that your use of Rad-Wage is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rad-Wage, its owner, developer, publisher, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or demands arising from: your use or misuse of Rad-Wage; your reliance on Rad-Wage results; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or third-party right; your employment, payroll, tax, legal, or financial decisions; your user-entered information; or your use of Rad-Wage results in communication with third parties.

Termination

Rad-Wage may suspend or terminate your access to the app or certain features if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create legal or security risk, interfere with operation, or if continued access is no longer commercially, technically, or legally feasible. You may stop using Rad-Wage at any time. Sections intended to survive termination, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property, indemnification, and governing law, will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates may reflect legal changes, feature changes, formula changes, business changes, technical updates, or policy changes. The updated Terms will be posted on the official website or made available through Rad-Wage. Continued use of Rad-Wage after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or related to Rad-Wage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, Türkiye.
